Shipping Policy

• Rubí Brand is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for a $5 reshipping fee. This fee strictly covers shipping costs and is not subsidized by Rubí Brand.

• All orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 days. This does not include weekends or any additional delivery time required by the postal service.

• Many of our pieces are made to order. We typically ship once a week, but schedules may vary. For shipping updates or order status, follow us on Instagram @rubibrand, where we share regular updates through stories and posts.
